

孙艳波,男, 博士,现任研究员/骨干教授,硕士生/博士生导师。国家级青年人才项目获得者;云南省中青年学术与技术带头人。
团队长期从事两栖类进化基因组学与生物信息学研究,主要以蛙类及有尾类等两栖动物为研究系统,围绕环境适应、基因组结构演化和保护基因组学等方向开展工作。其研究综合利用比较基因组学、群体基因组学、转录组学、系统发育学及生物信息学方法,致力于揭示脊椎动物在高海拔、强紫外辐射、低氧、温湿度异质性等复杂环境中的适应机制,以及这些生态压力如何塑造基因组演化与表型创新。先后承担完成了国家自然科学基金面上项目、云南省基础研究专项杰出青年项目、重大项目等;在PNAS、Nature Communications、Conservation Letters、Molecular Biology Evolution等SCI刊物上发表30余篇。
研究方向包括(但不限于):
1. 两栖类环境适应与进化基因组学:以蛙类和有尾类为研究对象,关注高海拔、紫外辐射、缺氧、温湿度变化等环境因子驱动下的分子适应、局域适应及进化响应机制。
2. 两栖类基因组结构演化与表型创新:基于高质量基因组组装、比较基因组学和转录组学,研究两栖类基因组大小演化、重复序列动态、基因组保守性与创新性,以及结构变异和调控演化在适应与表型演化中的作用。
3. 保护基因组学与生态监测方法开发:结合群体基因组学、环境DNA(eDNA)和生物信息学方法,研究濒危两栖动物的遗传完整性、种群管理、及保护单元划分,并开展面向保护实践的数据分析框架和软件工具开发。
4. 生物信息学算法与软件开发:面向进化基因组学和生态基因组学研究中的实际需求,开发序列数据处理、组学整合分析和适应性推断相关的软件与算法工具。
