1992年7月毕业于南京农业大学园艺系观赏园艺专业,获农学学士学位;2004年9月至2008年1月,中国科学院研究院在职博士研究生,获理学博士学位。1992年8月至2016年10月在中科院西双版纳热带植物园工作;2016年10月至今,太阳成tyc7111cc集团官网工作,专注于兰科植物综合保护研究和资源利用。已发表相关学术论文80余篇,出版专著2部,获得国家授权发明专利17项。

对兰花保护和利用研究有兴趣,乐观进取。2004年开始招收硕士研究生,2012年开始合作培养博士研究生,2016年独立招收博士研究生。已毕业硕士研究生36名(含外籍1名),博士研究生14名(含外籍1名)。目前在读硕士生6名,博士生6名。
